Terms and Conditions for use of comogo.io
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before opening or using Comogo’s website. By accessing or using any part of Comogo’s website you agree to be bound by these terms.
By visiting Comogo’s website, the user agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms"). These terms and conditions apply to all site users, including without limitation, private users, suppliers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. By accepting these terms, the user confirms to be over the age of majority in his/her country and to give us his/her consent that the user's children minor of age may use this site.
1. In general
Comogo.io is an online route planning platform ("The Platform") with its associated website ("the website ") developed and owned by Comogo IVS - Tranevej 20, 2400 Copenhagen NV, Denmark - CVR nr. 38671707. The platform and the website comogo.io are under the responsibility of Comogo IVS.
The user is any natural or legal person who visits and/or uses the comogo.io platform.
The platform allows the user to search for relevant mobility services in the user's vicinity, make route planning from a location to a destination, compare the prices for each option, and be redirected to the service the user wants to purchase or book access to. For that reason, Comogo collects IVS personal information about the user to deliver the service.
Access to the website and mobile applications does not give the user any intellectual property rights to the website and mobile applications other than the right to use them in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The User agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform or grant access to the Platform to anyone other than the user and its children minor of age without the express written permission of Comogo IVS.
The use of automated systems or software to extract information from the website (including so-called scraping or direct access to the API) is prohibited without the prior written consent of Comogo IVS.
Any new features or tools that are added will also be subject to the terms. The user can review the latest version of the terms and conditions at www.comogo.io at any time. We reserve the right to update, modify or replace any part of these terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is the user’s responsibility to review this page on a regular basis for changes. The continued use of or access to the Website after any changes implies acceptance of these changes.
Mobility Suppliers showcased on the Platform are solely responsible for the transport services showcased on the Platform (including their dissemination and delivery to the user). Comogo IVS can in no way be held responsible for damages or losses that the user may suffer because the information and offers presented on the platform is incorrect, changed, discontinued or unavailable.
Comogo IVS cannot in any way be made responsible for the information contained on www.comogo.io - whether or not these should be incorrect. Comogo IVS cannot therefore be held responsible for any damages or losses directly or indirectly incurred by the user based on the information available on www.comogo.io and on all mobility providers' websites.
The user can at any time find a list of the mobility providers on www.comogo.io.
Comogo IVS will make a fair effort to keep the platform operational. However, certain technical difficulties or maintenance from time to time may result in temporary interruptions. Comogo IVS reserves the right, on a regular basis and at any time, to change or suspend temporary or permanently any features on the platform with or without notice, without liability, except where prohibited by law.
Comogo IVS reserves the right to remove the user's information and access to the platform in case of abuse or use for unauthorized and/or criminal purposes.
The present Terms and Disputes between Comogo IVS and the user must be interpreted in accordance with Danish jurisprudence and proper venue is Copenhagen.
If one or more provisions of the Terms are declared null and void, the remaining provisions will endure.
